Workshops

Cancellation Policy:

​

If you need to cancel your place, please contact us with as much notice as possible. If we can find someone to fill your place, we can refund your payment less a £15 admin fee. If we are unable to fill your place we can offer a voucher* for the value of your purchase, less the £15 admin fee.

If you have cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice and we are unable to fill your place we are unfortunately unable to refund your payment.

​

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your event, your payment will be fully refunded.


*Vouchers are valid for 24 months and can be used towards future workshops, private sessions or pottery purchases.

Private Sessions

Booking Policy:

​

The full cost of your private session includes a £15/person non-refundable deposit, this secures your date and booking. Payment can be made in full at time of booking or if your session is over 2 months away, you can secure your date by paying the £15/person non-refundable deposit.​

 

Your session MUST be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the date of your private session (except in the case of last minute bookings).

If you need to cancel your private session, please contact us with as much notice as possible. With advanced notice we can refund your payment less the £15/person non-refundable deposit. If you re-book again with us in the future we can use this non-refundable deposit towards that purchase.

 

For cancellations with less than two weeks notice we can offer a voucher* for the value of your purchase, less the £15/person non-refundable deposit.

If you have cancelled with less than 24 hours notice we are unfortunately unable to refund your payment.​ In the unlikely event that we must cancel your event, your payment will be fully refunded.

Gift Vouchers

Use Policy:

​

Gift vouchers can be redeemed against future courses, workshops, or for the purchase of Corisande’s’ work (if available). Gift vouchers can be used as either full or part payment. 

​

Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, if you are unable to use your voucher in that time please contact us.

​

Refunds:​ If you would like to cancel your purchase you must contact us within 14 days, refunds will be provided less the online payment fee (variable by cost of purchase).

Products

Cancellation and Return Policy:

​

We are able to accept returns under certain circumstances. Contact us to discuss your return, if confirmed you will need to cover the cost of return postage.

 

- Contact us within 14 days of delivery

- Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery

- Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

 

We can only accept cancelations if they are made within the time frame specified.

Shipping Policy:

​

Where possible orders will be sent first class via Royal Mail within 5 working days. If you would like tracking, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. There will be an additional cost if you would like your item tracked. 

​

If you would like to order internationally, please contact us to arrange the delivery cost. 

​

If you have chosen a local collection, we will contact you when your piece(s) are available and will arrange a suitable time for pickup.
