Nancy Frost

Nancy also teaches regularly on our termly and one-day courses.

Cabalva Perry
A gently sparkling aperitif made from pears in organic orchards just a short walk from the pottery. Cabalva Perry is a lower alcohol alternative to rosé and white wine. It’s perfect for celebrations, drinks before a meal or as an accompaniment to chicken or fish.
Twenty years ago three orchards on the farm were re-planted and are now bearing good crops of fruit allowing Perry to be made here on the farm.
